  • If your feedback is a complaint, moan, correction or dispute please tell us – just us. Good customer service is core to everything we say and we will always investigate and get back to you.  You are our eyes and ears and we really value understanding how we can improve.
  • If your feedback is good – please tell us – it is very encouraging! BUT PLEASE tell the world on your social media and ours, everyone you meet, in your Christmas Cards, to all your customers etc! Testimonials and referrals are VERY powerful in business we appreciate yours. You could discuss on the forum too.

As long as your software and operating system are up to date you will be able to access your learning on all devices even phones. Some of the text for the elearning modules on your phone will require very good eyesight so it not ideal. Generally we would say tablet size scree or larger

You subscription runs on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.

We will keep your learning record for 3 months. If you want to take a longer break we can retain your record for an admin fee of £5 per month.

You can change your subscription level – up or down at any time. Your month will reset to a new day 1 when you upgrade or downgrade
